The Excilite µ system uses phototherapy with monochromatic excimer light with a wavelength of 308 nm. This direction is a revolutionary development of UVB and UVA therapies. This allows you to increase the dose for a single procedure and reduce the total dose for a course of therapy.
The developed method of monochromatic phototherapy with an adequate selection of the minimum erythemic dose (MED), taking into account the phase of the psoriatic process, starts the process of clinical treatment of psoriasis by correcting hyperreactivity, affecting immunocytes and pathological keratinocytes, recreating the picture of normal activation of mechanisms of antibacterial protection, inflammation, differentiation and apoptosis. In this case, the level of therapeutic doses is an order of magnitude lower than in UVB and UVA therapy.

This technology is much simpler than traditional excimer lasers, does not require expensive maintenance, and at the same time provides a more uniform distribution of energy in the spot.
