In 1992-1995, under the direction of A.S. Vaisov was organized by the educational, scientific and medical, the national center ” Vitiligo ” . From 1992 to 1995, Chairman of the immunities of the specialized council for dissertations 1 Tashkent State Medical Institute . From 1995 to 1999, is the Director of the Institute of Dermatology and Venereology MoH . In 1996 he became a member of the Academy of Science of New York. Since 1997, member of the European Academy of dermatologists , organizer and editor in chief of the Central Asian magazine ” News dermatology .” Since 1991, Head of the Department 1 and 2 Tashkent State Medical Institute .
Since 2003 he has been editor in chief of the Central Asian magazine ” News dermatology and reproductive health.”
In 2006 , he became an academician of Medical and Technical Sciences of Russia . In 2009 , he founded the scientific and practical laboratory of a ‘ laser and photodynamic therapy “, with the TMA . The laboratory is involved in research projects , provides technical assistance in science. Along with this , Professor A.Sh. Vaisov conducts workshops , lectures for students of TMA , shall consult patients on the bases and RSVDD, TashRSVDD.
